Ginger Baker's Air Force is the eponymous debut two record vinyl album by
Ginger Baker's Air Force, released March 30, 1970. The album is a recording of
a sold-out live show at the Royal Albert Hall, on January 15, 1970, with the
original 10-piece line up.
This is a single RARE, Vintage Music Cassette Tape. It is an original factory
made tape and case purchased in 1970.
The entire album is on one cassette.

The band formed in late 1969 upon the disbandment of Blind Faith. The original
lineup consisted of Ginger Baker on drums, Steve Winwood on organ and vocals,
Ric Grech on violin and bass, Jeanette Jacobs on vocals, Denny Laine on guitar
and vocals plus five others.

Baker had an ability to sustain an intricate surging rhythm on the cymbals
while pursuing another contrasting rhythm on a drum kit outfitted with two bass
drums. Where other drummers of his generation focused on power, Baker
approached the job of timekeeping with extraordinary control, even finesse. He
was a master of polyrhythm. Ginger Baker died October 6, 2019.
