Advantages of the guitar string beads and why we should use them:

• Changing Strings and installing new strings is no longer a tenuous but 5
minutes job.

• The tone and intonation of the guitar improve by moving the string tension
on the end of the bridge.

• No more string scratches, grooves and marks on the bridge and the guitar.

• The beads/ties create a profound angle between the bridge& nut, enhancing
the nut's tension. When the string is pulled and it rings, it engages better
the guitar's soundboard, providing a clearer and richer sound.

Our round-edged string ties are made of brass with a golden metal coating. We
enclose a set of instructions, a diagram and an example tie so that you can
follow them to change your strings within minimum time and effort. In short,
you will create a straightforward standard knot, the same as if you were tying
the string around the bridge when you strung your guitar without the beads. You
will then thread the string through the 3 holes on the bead/tie and tighten up
your string with the tuning peg. There is nothing complicated or complex – this
technique has been used for years, if not centuries, in Spain, Southern Europe,
Africa, and Southern America and all over the world, with any types of string
instruments.

COMPATIBLE WITH ALL TYPES OF BRIDGES (FLAMENCO, CLASSICAL ETC.) AND ALL NYLON
STRINGS (HIGH TENSION STRINGS*), GUT STRINGS* AND CARBON STRINGS*

*We advise that you tie a double loop on the higher E string (We have included
instructions on how to tie the double loop in the enclosed sheet). With most
guitars, this is not necessary, and with everyday non-professional playing,
strumming and plucking, you would probably not need the double loop. Still, if,
for example, you are playing a very percussive flamenco style on stage, it may
be better to double loop the High E, as you would do, even if you don’t use
beads etc.
