Please call 832 872-5391 ,

I have some 30 types of woods in stock of all types Prices start at 175.00

Okay this is a add for custom made native American Flutes some That are Not
posted on line yet or just because of the economy.
Prices start at 175.00 for Red Cedar, A through F scales in 3/4-7/8 " bores
E and D scales with one inch bore in Red Cedar start at 199.00

Maple, Walnut ,Cherry wood 3/4 bores A,G,F#,F start at 199.99
one inch bores 225.00

exotics or imported woods start at 225 and up
Burl flutes start at 500 if I can or have the wood in stock
Rose wood flutes of any type start at 250.00 and up 3/4 inch bores

You are asking how do I come to these prices . In the last picture I was
making up 6 cedar flutes those blanks air dried for 2 years up a 100's of
dollars some woods take 4-5 years to air dry most rose woods and imported woods
cannot be Kiln dried . the tools in the picture close 20 thousand , with
another 30 thousand not in the picture.

you are paying also for 12 years making flutes and the knowledge on how to
make them ! I ship world wide and have sold some 2000 flutes .
My time is worth something and also worth a lot more then 15.00 per hour, 25
years a master carpenter.

Question I want ask when a doctor says you need a heart transplant, do you go
get a plastic surgeon because they are cheaper to do the surgery ?
or do you bring a ford Pinto to Daytona 500 and expect to win

I am a American first store we use only American owned or made products , I
work hard to get those 5 star ratings at times even thought of stopping selling
to certain states but I seem be a Gluten for punishment

Yes I herd the giving back the "gift" . that is fine for someone working in a
shed with Harbor Freight tools and 3.00 cans of spray lacquers from China

I use 100% all natural direct food safe finish 4 coats , to treat the flutes
wood . Then 2-3 coats of non toxic UV semi or Gloss finish. Both are USA owned
/manufactured finishes, at about 125-150 a gallon.

basically if your first questions are about price and not workmanship quality
, then you should shop elsewhere . Over the years I tried every way to try give
a flute for lowest prices to beat others . But you know what I am done I
started cutting corners quality was going down . So I going /went back to
making flutes that I would want play .

Doing individual sound bites takes a good 30-40 minutes I had a mixer great
mic. but when I charge for the time into the flute people complained . I
willing set up times for phone sound bites . when I get ahead or make a batch
up I bought a video recording program and will cam the batch uploading to You
tube with a link on the flute page .
I can do inlays in the note holes I can custom burn into flutes with a pro
pyro set up all this cost extra

Okay all orders require a 30% set up charge with balance due before shipping
If you cancel once the work is started a 15% non refundable restock fee will be
charged .
I do not know how many customers have me start flutes and never here from them
after a day or two. This stops you from going price shopping else where and
sticking it to me and other customers who get the loss passed on .

This all may sound harsh But I am tired of people wanting something for
nothing or not accepting responsibility for the actions that cost and effect
others in a Negative way.

I use to have some 20-30 flutes posted but seems they always wanted it cheaper
or in a different wood /key

I work rent a 1200sq ft warehouse for my wood shop , I enjoy nothing more then
doing wood working , I just don't like listening to the crying game on prices

also about tuning Concert tuned that is a joke unless the finished flute sits
for 2 weeks in a Humidity and temperature controlled room about 2 weeks to
stabilize the wood cells from the manufacturing making. Mine are tuned after
about a week in such room are tuned out for good clear voice with holes burned.
as well as light pass down the sound tube with a torch .

hey feel free call talk about flutes how I make them for sound bites . best to
email to set a time since here in Houston Texas summer heat can be brutal and I
work at nights into mornings for my tools and myself from over heating

Also please do not compare my flutes to 1000 dollar CNC flutes mine are hand
made to the best I can make since I no longer put price before quality

Shipping is free for the 48 states others pay actual price and duties taxes
Bla Bla priority mail only
