This was the 8th in a sixteen volume series of classical recordings made in
the fifties when High Fidelity Long Play Albums were the big new thing. This
was a quality series of LP's sold at relatively low prices at many stores
including non-record stores. The covers are quarter-inch booklet sized and not
the usual thin LP covers, with the front lifting off and not opening like a
book so there's no problem with tearing.
